[ARCHIVED] Griffin Gardens Apartments Accepting Applications

Griffin Gardens Apartments Wait List is Open

BROWARD COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY will accept online pre-applications for Griffin Gardens Apartments.

Pre-applications will be accepted from 8:30 A.M. March 02, 2023 through 4:00 P.M. March 06, 2023.

A computer lottery process will randomly select 200 pre-applications for 1-Bedroom and 100 pre-applications for 2-Bedrooms.

Randomly selected pre-applications will be added to a waiting list for GRIFFIN GARDENS APARTMENTS, ONE-BEDROOM and TWO BEDROOMS. The property is located at 4881 Griffin Road, Davie, Florida 33314, and consists of 100 units; serving an Elderly (62 years of age or older) population.
