Water Quality Report

Our goal is to provide customers with a safe and dependable supply of drinking water. The City of Oakland Park utility system purchases its water from the City of Fort Lauderdale. Information about the City’s water supply is available in the Annual Water Quality Report, which includes details about the water source, treatment process, testing results, and overall drinking water quality.

To support sustainability, the City distributes the report electronically. Customers who prefer a paper copy may email Utility and Billing Service to request a printed Water Quality Report. Customers may also view the Annual Water Quality Report online.

FLUORIDE UPDATE: Effective July 1, 2025, the City of Oakland Park water supply will no longer have fluoride added. Our water supplier, the City of Fort Lauderdale, has stopped adding fluoride to comply with a new state law. Small amounts of naturally occurring fluoride may remain in some areas.
