Please be advised that beginning Thursday, May 1, 2025, David Mancini and Sons, Inc. will begin construction for Phase 6 of the Prospect Lake Clean Water Center Water Main Project. Work will involve installing a 48-inch water main at the intersection of NW 21st Avenue and Prospect Road. Northbound lanes across NW 21st Avenue will be closed for approximately two weeks.
Detour routes:
- Northbound traffic: Turn left onto Prospect Road, then right onto Commercial Blvd.
- Westbound traffic: Continue west on Prospect Road, then right onto Commercial Blvd.
- Eastbound traffic: Continue east on Prospect Road, then left onto Powerline Road.
