On Wednesday, June 20, 2018, during a Regular City Commission Meeting and in accordance with Section 286.01(8) of the Florida Statutes, the City Attorney advised the City Commission he desires advice concerning pending litigation. The City Commission scheduled an Attorney-Client Session to be held Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at 5:45 p.m. at City Hall for the purpose of conducting a meeting in private pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, to discuss:

As provided for in F.S. Section 286.11, the Attorney Client Session will open to the public in the City Hall Commission Chambers, then move to the 2nd Floor Conference Room at City Hall, 3650 NE 12 Avenue, Oakland Park, Florida 33334, for the closed session. Following the closed session, the meeting will reopen and be adjourned in the City Hall Commission Chambers, in accordance with Section 286.011(8) of the Florida Statutes.

A science show all about sound science. Professor DoDad will bring audience involved experiments, original music, puppetry, laughter for all ages. Professor DoDad uses an array of wonderful and captivating science experiments and demonstrations. Some of the fun kids will get to experience is volume of sound. Children will get to measure just how many decibels they can yell. That's not all the Professor has a brand-new helper named Rhythm. The performances are a mixture of demonstrations by Professor DoDad and hands-on activities.
