Yoga
Yoga is a mind-body way to attain fitness and reduce stress. Yoga strengthens the body and relaxes and calms the mind. Classes are taught by a certified instructor in various yoga forms. Classes are open to all levels of students from beginner to expert. Participants must be 18 years or older.

Aerobics
Dance your way to fitness with choreographed aerobic dances. Join instructor Jeanne Dawson-Lalli in this low to medium impact class. The class will help improve cardiovascular fitness, strength and balance. Bring a workout mat, hand weights and a towel.

Oakland Park Walking Club
Walking is the most popular form of exercise, it is low impact that helps strengthen your cardiovascular system and nearly all your muscle groups. Join the walking club and get a T-shirt. We walk about 2 miles, but you can do more.
