The Cities of Oakland Park and Wilton Manors have partnered to create a Joint Climate Action Plan that will address and improve infrastructure and resilience into the next decade.
There are two overarching goals of the Plan: ◦Mitigate the effects of climate change by reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 1% each year through the year 2028. ◦Increase resilience of our communities while
minimizing impacts to efficiency and cost-effective

The Draft Oakland Park/Wilton Manors Joint Climate Action Plan was presented to the Wilton Manors City Commission on July 24, 2018 and to the Oakland Park City Commission on August 1, 2018.
