Positive Vibration Meditation

Join our new meditation group designed for our Active Adults group. If you are looking for a way to enhance your energy, strength, vigor this program will help you do just that! Meditating also increases exercise tolerance, builds self confidence, improves focus and concentration, decreases worry, and provides deeper relaxation!
